📞 +1-866-476-1348Most Mount Summit calls didn't start with a flood — they started with one of these small signs weeks or months earlier.
A musty smell usually means moisture is already moving through your Mount Summit basement, even if the floor looks bone dry.
Stair-step cracking in block foundations is one of the most common early signs our Mount Summit crews see.
It's easy to mistake efflorescence for harmless dust, but it actually signals active moisture movement.
A pump under constant strain tends to fail during the exact storm that needs it most.
If a foundation wall looks like it's curving inward, that's beyond a simple patch and needs a real assessment.
Flooring that's cupping near an exterior wall often traces straight back to a basement moisture issue below.
From a 2 a.m. sump pump failure to a planned exterior drainage project, here's what our Mount Summit crews handle most.
When water shows up fast, we move fast — extraction, drying equipment, and a plan to stop it from happening again.
